My First 2-3 years in Delhi - Meeting Gamo

I started working in a small firm doing something which I never intended to, but I had no option because the IT market was seeing one of the biggest downfall, people were coming back of US, fresher’s had rear chance to get through. So I decided to wait till I finish my Masters hoping that the market will get better. Once again lot of so called well wishers pour in their so called advices saying I should quit my masters and join big BPO companies as they have future and good money. But there was only one guy whom I met at work said to me to keep going :-). Saurabh Kapoor (Gamo).
We started working together in same team and soon became friends. I still remember those days when we used to exchange our dinner; my shit food from outside vs. his homely food, my answer for this uneven exchange was that he was already taking rest two meals at home so that meal he has to exchange. :-). Furthermore he started to ask for some dishes (Chini ka Parantha and Lobea ki Daal) which he doesn’t like and his mother used to question and was surprised of his new taste unaware of the fact that I am the one who simply loved it.
After working for 6 months together at the same place, we decided to look for some other company for more money, At that point of time my confidence level was so low that I used to believe that I wont get any job, It was him who made me realized the facts which were under the dust/overlooked. Trust me!, after night shifts, driving two-wheeler for more than 80 KM and helping me in searching job was something a simple friend will not do. We finally managed to get good jobs in different companies.
And it stared a beginning of new struggle........... Next Blog.....
Thanks GAMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There’s a miracle of friendship that dwells within the heart,
And you don’t know how it happens or where it gets its start,
But the happiness it brings you always gives a special lift ,
Any you realize that friendshipIs God’s most perfect gift.
